Sir..when a current is carried by a hollow cylinder why it doesn't produce any Magnetic Field in the interior region ??

No... inside magnetic induction is zero due to surface currents as all fields due to elemental currents gets cancelled out...

Sir... here u haven't considered the magnetic field dude to the cylinder of radius b so u must subtract 1/2u0Jd right??
